Deborah spent over two decades as a senior sales and marketing executive for AETNA, Healthsource and CIGNA. She is a graduate of the Southern New Hampshire University Professional Economic Development program and maintains licenses with the Department of Insurance and the Securities and Exchange Commission. She works with communities and businesses in Belknap and Merrimack Counties.

Beno represents the division in New Hampshire's northernmost counties – Carroll, Coos, and Grafton – assisting businesses with their expansion and retention needs. Fluent in French, he also works to actively recruit companies in neighboring Canada to expand to New Hampshire.
