NH Procurement Technical Assistance Center

New Hampshire APEX Accelerator
While its name has changed to the New Hampshire APEX Accelerator, the New Hampshire Procurement Technical Assistance Center’s mission has not and will continue to assist businesses around the state with their government contracting needs.

The Department of Defense Office of Small Business Programs changed the overall program name from Procurement Technical Assistance Program to APEX Accelerators when it assumed the management of the more than 90 programs around the country in late 2022.

The New Hampshire APEX Accelerator helps to navigate all facets of government contracting, offering free, confidential assistance to businesses of all sizes. The experienced staff works with a range of companies, from multi-national corporations involved in aerospace and defense systems, to a North Country trucking business contracted with the US Fish and Wildlife Service to haul its refuse containers in the region.

In addition to one-on-one counseling, New Hampshire APEX offers training for businesses just getting started in federal procurement, to those in need of specialized information about federal labor laws, Women-Owned Small Business certification (WSOB), HUBZones, and cybersecurity compliance. It also sponsors Matchmakers, which bring together small businesses with the government agencies and Prime contractors who need them to fulfill their federal contract requirements.
